WHY DO YOU HAVE SPONSORED POSTS/ADVERTS/REVIEWS ON YOUR BLOG?

Everyone likes a freebie and I’m no different but I will be honest in any reviews I post. If I like a product I will write so just as I like to promote businesses that I use as part of my everyday life and especially the ones that are local to me. Conversely, if I don’t like something or it is not to my taste I will, in the most polite way possible, make my opinion be known. If a post is sponsored it will be clearly marked and if I have received a product to review I will disclose where it came from. Any books that appear either as reviews, on the Now Reading List or the Books page are ones that we love and want to share with the world.

Originally this website and domain were bought for the purposes of work. But due to the nature of my work I gave up teaching after the arrival of my son. I later ran music classes for under fives but for a variety of reasons I had to stop these as well. The blog was always hanging around but was largely neglected until Summer 2010. Hosting and domains cost money (so does life in general for that matter) so while these things may not generate huge revenues it helps to pay for this website and buy things for our family like books, makey do materials, etc.
